Camping Items Needed

Mess Kits: Plan on having a mess kit for anyone camping. Either a purchased mess kit or you can make your own. Your mess kit should have a plate or bowl, a utensil, and something to carry it in or hang up to dry. Every camper is responsible for cleaning up their own mess kit.

If you need to borrow any camping gear, reach out to a leader and we will try to find it for you.

AoL Adventure Weekend

Webelos and Arrow of Lights: We will be camping at Camp McKee for the AoL Adventure Weekend. This weekend is usually in the month of October.

Scouts will spend the weekend getting to know boy, girl, and family Troops from around our Council. The Troops will guide the Cub Scouts through different stations and will lead the Cubs through important skills. We are able to cross off some of the outdoor requirements during this weekend.

Parents are welcome to camp, but it is not required.

We will register as one unit, do not register for this event on your own.

McKee Fall Adventure

McKee Fall Adventure is a weekend packed with fun for the whole family.
Families should register for this weekend on their own through the council website.

Members of the Pack have the option to camp together and either cook as a unit OR you can opt to eat in the dining hall for an additional fee.

Spring Family Campout

You did it! You sold popcorn and we have had an amazing year. Now, we are going camping :)

We will plan a campout in the Spring for the whole family to enjoy. The camping location changes yearly, so make sure and find out where we are camping this year.
