We will meet at McConnell Springs Park, in Lexington, at 10:00 am on Saturday, 8/1. Join us in a hike and nature scavenger hunt. And hopefully the water will be up enough to check out The Blue Hole and The Boils, which are part of our local artesian springs.

While you are visiting the schools for Open House, make sure and stop by the Scouting table. We will have leaders spread around Scott County.

If you would like to help during Open House, we would love to have current parents help out at the Scouting table. Even if it is only 30 minutes, you are helping us out!

Reach out to a leader to volunteer to help.

Before school starts tomorrow, join us for time at Scott County Park. We will bring some popsicles and read the Storywalk before we let the Scouts lose at the playground.

Meet us at 6:30 pm at the playground side of the park. Look for us in one of the covered pavilions.

We hope that everyone has an amazing first day of school!

Scouting in Scott County will be at the Scott County Library, in Meeting Room C, on 8/17 from 5-7 pm.

Meet local Packs, Troops, leaders, and Scouting families. Ask questions, explore your options, and see where your family fits.

We will have crafts available for the youth while the adults mingle with Units.

We are back! Pack 215 is back to regularly scheduled meetings and we are excited to get going with a bang!

Join us at OCC on 9/1 at 6:30 pm. We will be building raingutter regatta boats and racing them down a blow-up track. We have everything you need to build the boat. (It's super easy!) OR you can build your own boat at home using recycled material and bring it to race.

This meeting is outside in the parking lot.

Parents, this is a great meeting to get all your questions for the year answered. We will have multiple leaders on hand to answer questions and help build boats. 

Any incoming Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, or AoL that participates in a minimum of three (3) events between the months of June, July, and August, will complete the Summertime Fun Adventure elective and will be awarded the pin/loop once we start meetings again in the Fall.

Don’t forget to invite friends and family to join us this Summer :)

Your Scout can participate in the Liberty in Action Challenge. America’s 250th Anniversary Challenge begins by inviting Scouts to connect the founding principles of the Declaration of Independence to modern life.

Let us know once you are done and you will get this special edition patch which can be earned through 2/2027.

Our Summertime Events are the perfect time to earn the Recruiter Strip. The Recruiter Strip is awarded to a Scout the first time the Scout is successful in getting a friend, relative, classmate, or other acquaintance to join the Pack. Talk to a leader if you have any questions about recruiting a friend.

Keep saving those pop tabs this Summer. If you are collecting pop tabs, feel free to turn them in when you get a full bag/container. If you aren’t collecting tabs, then start!  We give the tabs to Ronald McDonald House who then uses them to provide services, so keep saving!

We are always looking for help in any form. If you would like to step up to lead a den, assist a den leader, lead or serve on a committee, or just take charge of one event ... we would love the help and support. Reach out to a current leader to find a good fit for you in our Pack.
